“Called 2xs to see why my order had not been shipped” Called 2xs to see why my order had not been shipped. Then I get a phone call that it was placed on hold due to product missing. Why couldn't they tell me that in the 1st 2 calls I made. Spent 2 hours on hold between the 3 xs I called.

“I've never paid this much for shipping one item when...” I've never paid this much for shipping one item when the arrival date is not even guaranteed. I have received items way faster for less expense. I certainly hope the baseball pants arrive as estimated for the $17.00 shipping cost.
