“we ordered and made a simple typo error, called customer...” we ordered and made a simple typo error, called customer service in which i waited for my turn of 15 people in your call cue, then as it gets to the number one spot the call drops, i call back and im getting a busy signal for the next ten tries im frustrated and customer service is not looking good at all
“I paid extra money for shipping for item to reach me...” I paid extra money for shipping for item to reach me by a certain time, and it did not! It came late, so I wasted money with shipping and the item itself!
“I am constantly bombarded by your ads and I have ordered...” I am constantly bombarded by your ads and I have ordered uniforms from you in the past. However, when I need assistance with an order I can't get a response... lengthy hold times on the phone, no answer from an email to customer service, etc. It makes me inclined to order locally where I can get better service.
“Your website did not have the correct shipping information.....” Your website did not have the correct shipping information updated. The goods were delivered to my printer, but never knew they were there. Waited almost 30 min on hold when I called customer service. 2 of the pairs of shorts were made of different material than the rest.

“STAY AWAY” People stay away from this company. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with, sorry I should've said zero customer support. I'm shocked this company has any good reviews. Still waiting for product and I've left numerous emails and messages with this so called company and still to this day no response.
“The vinyl letters were not the correct color or centered...” The vinyl letters were not the correct color or centered on the front. One of the hats was broken and one of the shirt sleeves has come apart. I have been in contact, but the manager refuses to do anything.

“I have put previous orders in and pay to get them on...” I have put previous orders in and pay to get them on a certain day and they seem to take longer can you make sure I get my shirts on time and also some of the shirts I have ordered previously have been coming stained I would really appreciate if I could get my order in time cause I have ordered over$800.00 in shirts. I have my own business and I can not be giving my customers dirty shirts thanks
