“NEVER AGAIN...SLOW SHIPPING AND VERY HIGH RESTOCK FEE” I ordered the wrong size basketball for my son for Christmas. I had to return the basketball for a different size. It costs me additional $10.00 for the shipping charges to return it, if I didn't reorder another basketball there was an additional fee for restocking. “SLOW shipping....VERY EXPENSIVE returns” I ordered 12/10. Items arrived 1 day before Xmas. When I called a few days prior concerned about getting items in time for Xmas gifts, I was told my order stated not guaranteed until 12/27. I do not know ANY website that takes MORE than 2 WEEKS to ship. I needed to exchange the smallest item of my order, a pair of TINY volleyball shorts. “High shipping cost and potential restock fee is high.” I usually do the purchasing, but since it's my husband's soccer team, he did the order. I now see he paid $21+ to order $50 in lightweight merchandise. The package came quickly by UPS but it was a small envelope weighing less than a pound. Unfortuantely I had to exchange one item so far (still waiting on one item) and what cost me <$3 to pay return ship on will cost me another $10+ to have replacement item sent out....and this was the cheapest mode of shipping the 8 oz.... read more
“Order from amazon instead” When u pay extra for overnight shipment. That does not mean u get it the next day according to them. U get it the day after they get it from there venders so don't waste your money
“Don't do it, this company is not legit,” I ordered two baseball caps, just two!!!! and pay for two day shipping. Well guess what it has been a week and still nothing! Why offer something that they know very well they cant do, just stealing peoples money. this was my first and last order I place witht this company.
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!” The customer service provided by this company is terrible. The color of baseball helmet shown is not what we received and they were not willing to make it right!
“Horrible Terrible Customer Service” I just spent ANOTHER hour on the phone with EPIC sports. DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a single cheerleading skirt on 10/18/15 and called the company 5 times to get this in time for my daughter for Halloween. It will now not arrive til 11/2/15. Of course they constantly want to charge their restocking fees. I did everything for this to be shipped on time and they lied and blamed me. Stay away
“BEWARE - no split orders” Ordered 17 items - a total deal for $100 with shipping. Then the calls came. Beginning at 7am they called me with a recording that I needed to contact them about my order. Well, they don't open until 9am. Waited two hours, made my call: Pair of pants out of stock - they will not split ship. I switched the pants and order was set. “BEWARE: INACCURATE RETURN POLICY” I called in for an RA # to return items on the 30th day from receipt of my order (noting like waiting until the last minute!) and was told that no RA # would be issued and that the items could not be returned because they must be received IN THEIR WAREHOUSE BY the 30th day and even earlier if a shipment was received from a second supplier (Alleson in my case) so the merchandise could be received in Alleson's warehouse within the 30 days.
