“broken item” everything good. except for the inferior product. The speed ladder broke two crossmembers on the first use. Our Ayso team ladders worked great for years with no broken parts. This was only one child during the first workout with it. That was very disappointing.

“Communication” As the customer, I should be notified when there is a problem or when I will not receive my product when I pay to receive it. Also when the company messes up, they should fix it before it ships to make sure it gets to them on time.

“dissappointed” the tetherball set was incomplete. the cap at the very top was missing. one pole was missing. it's very doubtful that I ever order again from EPIC. I'm just sad that the gift I gave was crap.

“Poor service” Poor sizing poor service when trying to exchange for another shirt paid shipping three times on something that I should have only had to do once. Will not use again.

“inaccurate description of merchandise - wrong sizes” I've placed a previous order whereby the medium pants were well fitted. However, this time none of the pants fit. The knee brace, protection cup and shin guards were all for kids/youth. The sliding shorts were also suppose to be an adult large, but were too tight even for a female size 4. “NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY PACKAGE THAT I HAD PAID FOR AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT! TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW PAIR OF SOCKS - $7.00 SOCKS THAT WERE FOR CHILDREN THEY COULD NOT RESEND A NEW PAIR! EVEN THE SUPERVISOR SAID THEY WOULDN'T SEND NEW PAIR BECAUSE THEIR "VIDEO" SHOWED IT WAS PUT IN THE PACKAGE! AWFUL BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

“@#$!#@!!??**&&^%” BEWARE EPIC SPORTS A year ago, maybe, I ordered some shirts from them. They sent the wrong size……or the size was not what they showed on their site. They didn't want to take them back because they were "closeout" items . THEY EVEN MADE ME TAKE A TAPE MEASURE AND PHOTO THEM Then, since it was THEIR ERROR, I insisted and they refunded me. “They are all $#*!s.” Everyone that works there is an $#*!. I swear to god I have never felt so much anger towards a company. I order a 14" glove, (outfielders glove). They don't have it, I have to call in to change my order. I call in. They say that they have a 13" glove for me instead, same model. I say great send it to me. It comes quickly. “Lousy customer service!!!!!!!!!” Just purchased something that was not what we wanted and tried to return it. They wouldn't return it because it was 2 days past the 30 day return policy. I explained there was no packing slip with the item so how would I know I only had 30 days. Their response SORRY. Bad business Epic I will never order from them again and make sure the schools and sports teams my kids play for wil NEVER use them. Stick with $#*!s Sporting or your local stores.
