First visit to your office, or any dermatologist actually. Check in was easy to do and I was shown into my appointment early. The PA who looked at the mole on my shoulder said it was nothing to worry about and gave me a couple options on how to treat it. Afterwards still sensing some concern from me she decided to add a follow-up appointment in a month to make sure everything is OK and nothing was missed during my initial visit. “Excellent experience from start to finish! The office staff was friendly, professional, and very prompt. I was able to get same-day skin tag removal for a few spots that had bothered me for years, which was such a relief. The Board Certified dermatologist- Scott Whitlock was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. Everything ran right on time, and the office was organized and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality dermatology care!
