I have already a couple of great experiences. I came last fall for a general skin exam and all was good. Then I got a small lesion on my arm. I suddenly found out that a needed a referral. Previously not necessary but I changed insurance. They went over and beyond with efforts to accommodate me, not canceling my appointment even though we only had a couple of hours left. Dr. Whitlock is an excellent practitioner, very competent and courteous. Really a great experience.
