Epiphany charged me $35 for a no show. The last time I was there, I was pregnant and passed out mid-appointment. Did I make a follow up appointment? I have no idea. But nothing was in my calendar and the office never called or emailed me a reminder. I have no problem with a no show charge, but if you’re going to do that, at least call or email reminders. And maybe don’t accept follow up appointments from clients who just passed out and may not remember this later.
Don’t go to Epiphany Dermatology. Their Dr’s & PA’s are great; but their customer service is HORRIBLE. My daughter sees the Dr or PA for less than 10 minutes @ each of her appointments. When I have to spends HOURS trying to get the billing straightened out due to the office staffs lack of knowledge, IT’S NOT WORTH IT!! We’ll be going somewhere else. PATIENTS/PARENTS BEWARE, they sent our account to collections WITHOUT sending a proper invoice or a simple phone call. 🤷♀️
