My only issue was that i should not have had to come in at all. I had an appointment last week to remove stitches from surgery the previous week. The nurse PA failed to remove all of the stitches. My wife noticed that all if the stitches were not removed the first time and i had to come back for another nurse/PA to complete the job. She was very nice about our return.
I was taken back at my appointment time. Dr Chung came in promptly. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and prompt. I would highly recommend.
