I went for a scheduled appointment that was made three weeks prior, but due to a system upgrade, they didn’t have me listed. I was quickly worked in for the next day and I appreciate everyone remembering who I was and the time that everyone spent listening and understanding my condition and concerns.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:50a. I was early. I was taken back to exam room and then, it appeared that the staff left for lunch. I was left in the room for 50 minutes. I had to leave as I had other appointments. My time is as valuable as anyone's and leaving one waiting that long is not appropriate.
