It was a waste of time and the copay. Dr. Neely suggested a lifetime maintenance medicine that has to be given by shot instead of just removing the cyst causing the issue.

Caroline was great, the wait was not. Over 30 minute wait. Her assistant kept apologizing as she finally led me in and Caroline was quick to come in. The receptionist acted like it was perfectly normal to have up to a 60 minute wait when I asked. Seemed the appointments with the MD’s were timely. Maybe they shouldn’t overload the PA’s.
There was some confusion during the checkin process that delayed my appointment
The first time I saw you I paid $60 for seeing a specialist, in addition to my insurance. This time I also paid $60 for seeing a specialist, in addition to my insurance, then you charged me an additional $185 for the same service I received the first time. I won't be back since I was taken advantage of. Terrible business practice.

TOOK A LONG TIME TO CHECK IN EVEN THOUGH I HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE
Review of Epiphany Dermatology – Newnan, GA Location (Dr. Clay-Ramsey) I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent experience at the Newnan, GA office with Dr. Clay. My special needs young adult daughter had an appointment scheduled for early morning, 7:10 a.m. We were up at 4:30 a.m. to prepare for this visit. Upon arrival, we were informed that the office does not accept Medicaid. While that was frustrating, it was not a deal breaker.
