I went for a scheduled appointment that was made three weeks prior, but due to a system upgrade, they didn’t have me listed. I was quickly worked in for the next day and I appreciate everyone remembering who I was and the time that everyone spent listening and understanding my condition and concerns.

Always great service, NP Jessica is awesome, However office needs to work on texts that are sent out. I had an additional hour wait due to your text having work time listed! Not good business
My NO spent less than 10 minutes did not palpate lesion or even touch it. Most of the time she spent looking for a phone number to refer me to. Very disappointed.

Ignored rash on elbow. I have a red rash under right breast.
During my visit with Dr. Sode she took a culture sample and told me that I would be getting a phone call regarding the results within 2-3 days. My visit date was 7/22/2026 and the date today is 7/31/2026. I haven’t received a phone call from no one at the office in Newnan, GA. Excellent patient care! 👍
