First off, when I set my appt I was explicit with what I needed. The female double checked and said no problem. I needed an FBE, the removal of a Pilar cyst on my head and I have a spot in my nose that my esthetician was worried about. Easy enough. Good to go. Now, the Dr that came in was very polite, I will say that. After that it was if as if my concerns meant nothing. He couldn’t take out the cyst ( it’s pretty small).
