Front staff was very friendly and helpful and the wait time was not long at all. MA needed to give more eye contact but was helpful, friendly, and a good listener. Sarah Allan, PA was wonderful. Even though the visit was quick, we were provided good service.
Nice staff and Dr. James was very friendly. However. he did a demo frees treatment on my face and then suggested I use cream for the rest of the pre cancer spots. Seemed fine with me but that demo cost an extra $187 for a 2 second blast of whatever that was. And I still have to do the cream treatment so not appreciated !
We had such a great experience with this dermatologist! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were seen very quickly. My son felt completely comfortable during his visit. Everything was explained clearly and with care definitely recommend!
Very positive. Very short waiting time, even though there were other patients. Sarah and her assistant were both very nice. I have no complaints.
Nothing but good things to say about Epiphany! The staff are wonderful! I had blown it and missed my appointment earlier in the day so I felt it was only right to go by to apologize. I was met with smiling faces and a very forgiving demeanor. I asked if I might be able to reschedule my appointment and the office manager offered to squeeze me in which was so generous!
