Provider visit went very well, but checking in was not fun nor pleasant. The front desk clerk that day wasn’t helpful nor did she show any compassion or empathy towards my visit. She was rude and was more pleasant, patient and nicer to non-native patients which was noted upon observation while I waited to be called to the back. She wasn’t trying to make checking in easy for me at all.
