All the people were very nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like, was having to use the I-pad for all the information you requested.
The staff and doctor are great. They are familiar with my health history, answer my questions and provide excellent care. Very friendly and courteous!!!
Our experience was excellent. We were welcomed by the receptionist very cordially. The nurse came on time and listened attentively to what we had to tell her. The doctor listened and treated us with respect. He gave us confidence in all he told us. He did a couple of procedures and we had no pain.
I have been a patient of Allyson Cook for several years. I have found her to be not only professional and highly competent, but a caring and kind person as well; the best as far as I’m concerned.Couldn’t ask for better medical treatment and guidance. Epiphany is very fortunate to have her on their staff.

I arrived very early by my mistake on my appointment time. Epiphany arranged their schedule to see me early. Great professionalism by their entire staff.
