I was taken back promptly, even tho I was very early. The receptionist that checked me in was appreciative of the fact that I pre checked in on line. She was very sweet. The nurse that took me back was patient, supportive, and kind. She made me feel at ease. Dr Roger came in promptly and immediately put me at ease. She did her exam efficiently and carefully. I was very pleased with my visit!
Dr Roger is amazing. Her entire staff, including office personnel, are friendly and professional. I have an unusual medical condition and my first visit with her made me feel like she wants to help. After years at another doctors office, who’s name is very similar, I finally feel like a doctor truly cares and wants to help find answers. 5 stars really isn’t enough.
I went for a first appointment for a bump on my shoulder. The visit went well. It was fine, for a first time. I filled out my new patient info on a notepad which was kind of easy! On one question, I took too long to answer and the computer went idle. 😳 One of the girls from the front desk was kind enough to help me get back to my place! Dr Joe is very pleasant and thorough. The nurses and the rest of the staff are very pleasant and very polite. They’re very sympathetic and they listen to everything. You have to say we went there with my husband and then I scheduled an appointment to see the doctor. And I sent my neighbors there. Also everybody seems to be very happy with him.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Jamie Rodger and was very happy with her care. I felt she took her time and provided a thorough exam. The front staff and nursing staff were terrific too.
