I went to the wrong office at my appointment time. The representative was courteous and was able to reschedule my appointment for later in the day. Suggestion for improvement: mention the location of the appointment in every email.

I was promptly seen at my scheduled appointment time. Nurse was kind. Dr did not keep me waiting in the exam room. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She clarified my concerns and provided possible solutions.

My doctor( Dr Nyers) was very knowledgeable, approachable, and empathic. She listened to me, and was gentle and caring when she did the biopsy. She did a very thorough body scan and immediately took care of the pre- cancerous lesions without having to come back for another visit! Excellent service by all staff!
