I saw Dr. Plott for the first time yesterday and was extremely satisfied by his care. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. James Bond for many many years. This was my first time to see him at his new location at Epiphany Dermatology. The staff was very welcoming and efficient, and I enjoyed seeing that his medical assistant had moved with him from the former location. As always, Dr. Bond was very friendly and thorough in his examination and very knowledgeable. I’m thankful for the continuing care I receive from him.
One of the most positive experiences ever with a doctor and office. Dr. Plott was thorough and listened but also moved through the appointment efficiently. I felt heard and seen. I didn't have to fend off being sold on services or products. The office was clean, modern and unscented. The unscented part is important as the last dermatology office I was in made use of multiple fragrance plug-ins and I was sick every time I walked in. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and kept it moving. Very happy patient.
Dr Plott was warm and genuinely concerned about my issues. He is the third doctor at Epiphany Dermatology that I have seen over the past seven years and he is the one I will continue to see. He is what a doctor should be: kind, warm and caring. He is a keeper!
