I had a noon appointment. At 10:30, after I had already left home to run errands before my appointment, I got a vm telling me that noon was lunch time and my appointment had been moved to 12:30. So I arrived at noon and had to wait. I then waited another 10 minutes before seeing a nurse or PA for my 2 minute procedure. Why did the office even make a noon appointment?
Front desk and nursing were very nice. Dr was not personable, felt very rushed, not willing to answer questions.
