I felt that the Dr. and her nurse listened to me, they didn't rush me and they asked if I had any questions several times. The Dr. explained everything that she was doing, while she did it. I appreciate that she explained the medical terms that she was using. I was allowed to make my own decisions, with explanations for each choice. Follow-up care was explained to me, and I was given a print-out as well. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
