The entire process was explained well. The Dr and nurses were phenomenal. The Dr has the best personality and makes you feel very comfortable.

Your upfront staff is always friendly and welcoming. I wish I could say the same about the nurse, she was rude. Was not pleasant at all and seemed very much like she disliked her job. Luckily, the doctor we see is always super sweet and so willing to answer any questions. It was also very disappointing that the same nurse forgot to call the Rx into the pharmacy, when we arrived 1.5 hours later to pick up. I had to call the office back and it had already closed at 1pm. Came in for two different reasons. The doctor and her assistant did a great job very informative.. Made me feel at ease and very comfortable while doing the procedure.Would Highly recommend.
