I have never had an experience like this, if you were looking for cancer, you certainly didn’t look very well!! I will definitely be getting a second opinion!!!!

Waited until 4:55 the day before my appointment to call and say they needed a new referral from my PCP before they could treat me. I had just been to them 2 weeks prior and nothing was mentioned about a new referral. They have done this twice now.

Doctor Wang arrived 40 to 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I understand that an office can be busy but once there you could tell she wanted to take a minute and move on to the next patient. She seemed bothered by questions and didn't really provide anymore knowledge or solutions than my primary. Once I brought up certain spots and items if they could be removed.
