Front service is terrible ladies don’t have education they are so rude they need some customer service training.

After waiting nearly an hour they finally informed me my doctor wasn't in. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Girl at the desk was clueless and should've known my doctor wasn't there.

I called and asked if they did a service I needed. Waiting a week for my appointment, when I went, the Dr. just guessed my diagnosis. Said they were going to send to a lab. Turns out their instruments weren't sanitized so they didnt do anything. They said we can get a sample in 3 weeks when you come back. Such a waste of time. I had to get a babysitter to watch my kids just for nothing. So disappointed!!!

I have never had an experience like this, if you were looking for cancer, you certainly didn’t look very well!! I will definitely be getting a second opinion!!!!

Waited until 4:55 the day before my appointment to call and say they needed a new referral from my PCP before they could treat me. I had just been to them 2 weeks prior and nothing was mentioned about a new referral. They have done this twice now.

Doctor Wang arrived 40 to 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I understand that an office can be busy but once there you could tell she wanted to take a minute and move on to the next patient. She seemed bothered by questions and didn't really provide anymore knowledge or solutions than my primary. Once I brought up certain spots and items if they could be removed.
