Everything was great. The only reason I did not give five stars is the volume of text, phone call/emails pre-and post my appointment was a little excessive. Hoping that we find a great dermatologist to fill Dr. Skelly’s position soon

On short notice you found a time to get me in. The front desk personnel were friendly and astute. The doctor was awesome, professional, accommodating, humerous(releasing stress). His nurse was very professional, as well. Thank you all for a good experience. JoHanna

You froze my forehead and you doubled each freeze. I have one red mark and two areas of where the skin has broken and a liquid has come out. The double freezing was quite painful also. I am extremely disappointed.
