On short notice you found a time to get me in. The front desk personnel were friendly and astute. The doctor was awesome, professional, accommodating, humerous(releasing stress). His nurse was very professional, as well. Thank you all for a good experience. JoHanna

Very rushed and clinical. I wasn’t done at th front desk having cards scanned when a nurse came and got me. Questions and answers on I pad quickly. PA was rushed and froze off a few things then took a scraping for a biopsy since it looked “suspicious “. Very fast and out the door. Front desk lady was in the hall with my drivers license and called me by my middle name and didn’t recognize me from 15 minutes ago with a picture id in her hand. The doctor was passive aggressive disguised as southern charm.
Quick check for annual exam. I don’t remember that my scalp was checked.
Half an hour late. Didn't feel that I got a good look. I know you were short handed. Needed to talk about a private area but do to new people I held back. I will just try and self medicate.
Drove in from Townsend to be seen by technician and told to come back next week and see doctor for my options. When I called to schedule appt that morning the receptionist said come in today as the doctor who does Mohs surgery is here today but I never got to see her.
Very professional,, explained everything clearly. Made me feel comfortable
