PA was knowledgeable and efficient. Listened to my concerns. When she spoke it seemed kinda loud. Not sure if that is normal for her or an adjustment for the elderly. Not necessary in my case

Everyone was wonderful. The doctor explained everything this was for a spot on my forehead. And she checked to make sure there was no other areas that need looked at. Gave me the option to having it froze or scraped off and sent in for evaluation.. I left feeling without the stress I had been feeling.
