I attempted to contact ePremium through the contact methods listed on their website. I called the phone number provided on their website multiple times, but the calls were not answered and disconnected without reaching a representative. I also attempted to contact the company via their published customer service email address. All emails were rejected and bounced back, stating that the email addresses do not exist or are not accepting messages.Because I have been unable to reach the company by phone or email, I am concerned ... read more

The absolute worst company to get your insurance through. I have been dealing with "debt" that was supposed to be paid back in 2024. I have contacted my "adjuster" multiple times with no response. I then threaten to talk to upper management then i finally got a reply. He then ghosted me AGAIN. I contacted epremium through the website to get someone else to finally contact me and NOTHING. ePremium is a scummy company. I became sick and was hospitalized just one week after moving into an apartment. I was asked to leave the apartment after failing to make the following month's rent payment. I tried to cancel my policy with epremium since I would no longer be needing it. They emailed me a payment reminder complete with my policy number. When I tried to log into my account I received a message saying my account number is not recognized. Got an unsolicited email from this comapny claiming my current ins was expiring , which its not. In the email it told me to go to my mngs office wih proof of ins , then signed the email like it was from my leasing office ... which it wasnt

Attempted to call multiple times to cancel a policy as my lease ended. When I try to cancel online they instruct me to call them (of course right!??!) I have yet to speak with anyone and have been waiting on hold for hours on end. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost. If this is the way to service customers that don't have a claim CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY'D IGNORE YOU IF YOU DID? Go with someone else and avoid this headache.

Not user friendly website.Shady business practices so that you feel like you must purchase from them. Ridiculous not to be able to check if your declarations page is uploaded and in the system.

Go with the bigger companies like ***** ****. They drag. My claim isnt even large its taking months.
