Pros: - Can get great deals - You may discover new things - Every employee I have come into contact with at pick up has been friendly - Did I mention the great deals? :) Cons - Wish there was more flexibility in pick up - Every once in awhile you get a "dud" purchase - but most of the items I have purchased are new in box (air fryer - kayak new with tags - portable air conditioner unit - storage containers - memory foam seat cushion - etc)
I like the site because it's easy to navigate. There are auctions for almost anything you can think of! And, the people I've dealt with over the years have been very nice, friendly and helpful when loading the items won at an auction.

This was my first experience using Equip-Bids for an estate sale purchase. Their home page was easy to follow with instructions to coach you through the steps necessary to set up your account. You were kept informed if you needed to increase your bid for the item. I recommend using this payment platform for purchases.
Just fantastic everything was just as described on site. Payment on-site fast and easy. Then the pick up was wonderful. Directions took me right there. The guys loaded everything up placed my invoice in the boxes and smiled said thank you and sent me on my way super fast and friendly.
Great place to do business
I love the auctions. I do need to pay more attention to the pick up times. Totally need to. Since I live out of town, I will have to get a friend to pick up my purchase, unless the people will work with me to pick up on a weekend. I have not asked for this one, but totally my fault for not reading and registering it in my head. The bidding process is easy and the payment of invoices is super easy.
After reading the reviews I was concerned, but after collecting the products I won I am very impressed! The customer service team was very nice and quick with my order. Thank you!
Only thing I don’t care for are some of pictures aren’t clear and the pick up time isn’t very flexible. But most of the time the people are very nice one time the guy in liberty met me at quick trip cause I couldn’t find his place ! Which I appreciate!
