Items I purchased were mostly as expected, and well worth the price. Pick up was somewhat chaotic,due to the amount of people, vehicles, and trouble locating items, however the workers there were polite and helpful. I will bid again.

Great deals, very honest and reliable, have only had good experiences! If there are missing parts or possible missing parts this is described in their policy. I have never had any issues with them other than receiving the wrong thing that I bid on, they went out of their way to accommodate me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Have set up no contact load outs so you feel safe picking up your auction items.
Great way to get quality items for less money than Retail.
I am so impressed with Equip-Bid in Grandview MO. All my buys have been from this location except one that made me decide to only use Grandview. Highest standards of efficency, customer service and extra help. I actually look forward to picking up my auction items. There have been some problems with items but they have always taken care of me and solved the problem. They go beyond excellence and friendliness which is much appreciated.
