I've purchased a number of items from E-B. The items' prices were greatly below retain. [I check Amazon to confirm going retail prices.] There were, however, some items that were damaged - but that was my risk since there was a caution to the effect of "open package" of similar caution. Great company, I purchased several lots of items. Due to the current pandemic/covid19 going on the pick up date moved to a date that I was not going to be able to pick up. I called the customer support number and explained that the situation that the company and I did not fall under any of the well written arbitration guidelines for disputing items for a return. I haven’t taken my products out of the box yet, but I understand that if something is missing, they were very up front about it and it wouldn’t lessen my view of this experience. The bidding was easy, emails were very informative about outbids and I feel like I got some bargains. Pickup process was awesome...quick and easy! Equip-Bid has provided an excellent online auction service and I really like the no-contact pickup! The item descriptions and pictures are usually quite good, especially showing if there is damage to the package or product. The staff are always friendly and helpful, too! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!!

Items I purchase were exactly as advertised. No contact pick up was well organized and very fast
