Eric is the best lender EVER!!! In the past I've heard that the home buying process was going to be stressful but my experience was the opposite. Eric was very helpful all thru the process, he was there to help us and answer any questions we had and anytime I emailed him he replied no matter what time of the day it was. Eric is the best at what he does. He was available to answer my questions 24/7 and even while he was on a trip with his family. He loves his job and it is very evident. Eric was wonderful to work with and our loan situation wasn't the easiest. We are active duty military and my husband is deployed. We had to close with a Power of Attorney and throughout the process Eric was patient and easy going. He never got frustrated with the paperwork nightmare or my many questions. I would text and he was always quick to respond, even after closing. Eric is a great guy and I would highly recommend him and Alcova to everyone.
