Eric Light had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. He worked with expertise, he always seemed to know exactly what was required during each step of the loan process. Eric was always on top of things and knew what was needed to move the loan forward. He is extremely personable, easy to communicate with, and was always cheerful when we spoke on the telephone. Yes, I think not digging so deep in some ones financial ability would be great.plus don't keep asking for things that don't really matter otherwise I would have been a lot happier.but do have to say this that if I had to do this all over again I surely wouldn't. I can't say that I would recommend mutual of Omaha to anyone.ido wish it was a more happier process doing business with your company but I think it was the underwriters that made the whole thing measurable . but as far as you Eric I think you tried your best to help ... read more
