The process of applying tor a mortage loan an easy process, from start to finish. Everything was fine online thru a secure portal. Eric and April would text & call to let us know to check our email. They were right on top of the process. From start to finish to close was 30 days. Anytime we had any question's Eric would call us back and explain to help us understand the loan.
