Eric and his team were great to work with. He worked extremely hard to get back to me from pre-qualification to loan approval. Eric worked hard for the right loan for me, even if it took few tries. From initial contact to being notified that the mortgage refinance was approved took less than 21 days, including weekends. Process was painless and 95% electronic, from uploading of forms and signatures being done via Docusign. Eric and Semper Home Loans made the process quick and very easy to complete.

Not only was I very impressed with the final rate (much lower than anticipated), the entire process was streamlined to run incredibly smoothly. Working with Eric was among the best customer service I have seen in this type of industry! Eric was absolutely great to work with! He was timely and knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond great customer service. the day rates fell he called me to let me know he locked us in on the best rate, I didn't have to ask. Trust him completely and will absolutely refer friends and family to him for mortgage needs!! He also saved us thousands on closing from the lender we originally started the process with.. Such a great guy and company!
