Eric is so friendly! A couple of times while he was on vacation Ebony needed paperwork that was already sent to his email. Docusign is a glitchy product that frustrated the process.
Eric and Ebony were super responsive. We had a lot of speedbumps that showed up during the process, and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Eric is a great communicator, and I'm happy to have used him!
