Eric went above and beyond in my eyes, he was attentive and available day, night and weekends. He answered my questions no matter how big or small with the same urgency. I felt important to him. He provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. When presented with $5,000 builder incentive to use their lender I had to kindly declined. I had already built a relationship with Eric. Integrity is so important to me and Eric has it. I will be a repeat customer.
