I will say at first I thought it was not going to be a good experience because my work order was different from what was in my contact. I call the office and they made sure things were done according to what was in our contract. In the end all went well and the roof looks great! Erie Construction members were in contact with us throughout the process and construction. My questions were answered immediately or in less than 24 hours. Our yard around the home was spotless, no left over material or concerns of nails being left behind. We are very happy with our new roof.Ā
John came to our house to give us an estimate for a new roof. We had a very comfortable conversation. He explained everything, from the construction of the materials that would be used, to the process of installing the roof, and the warrantee. Erie did a great job on our home. Everything was thoroughly explained and the Meir team was involved in the entire process from planning through installation. I would happily recommend them and use them again for any home in the future.Ā
The roof install went well, the installers cleaned up after themselves and help me move a vehicle out that was close to the house that was inoperable. The salesmen were very nice although a bit pushy and they stayed way to long (2 hours) to get the sale. Everyone that called on the phone was respectful of my time and were not in a hurry for me to call back when they left a message. Ā
