We are extremely pleased with our new Erie Metal Roof. It looks amazing and we have an extra layer of security knowing we won’t have to replace it any time soon. The work crew installing the roof was courteous respectful, efficient and performed quality work. Everyone we dealt with gave us one on one attention without being pushy. The work was done within about 3 weeks of of talking to sales rep and signing the paperwork. The initial price was ridiculously high and only after the big discount they gave me was is semi reasonable. It was still on the higher side for fiberglass core shingles. The warranty isn't as great as the sales rep led me to be but is the main reason I bought from them and not someone else. My biggest gripe is the subcontractors they contracted to actually install the roof. Only one of the contractors spoke English and even then he ... read more

We LOVE our new roof. Our house is 35 yrs old. We had some damage and it was showing lots of wear. Our salesman, Hollywood, was great. A very knowledgeable and pleasant young guy. He made the whole process so easy. We signed the final papers on a Tuesday, the crew started that Thursday, worked all day and finished up Friday morning. We had Erie Roofing instal a new roof on our house early spring of 2022. They removed the existing roof and put down a new roof that looks beautiful. The team work of the installers was cool to watch. Great care was given to our property and they cleaned everything up befor they left. We now have a thirty year warranty on this roof, how cool is that? We just had our house power washed and the house looks like it was just built.... or better. Thanks Erie.

We saw this company on Facebook. We had been talking/thinking about a new roof for awhile. I answered a few questions and they called shortly afterward. We set up an appointment for a Saturday morning because my husband and I work different shifts and only available together on a Saturday morning. Overall, we're pleased with our experience. I found Erie through an ad, and the salesperson responded and set up an appointment in short order. The sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to highlight features of the different options without being pushy.
