Consultation was fine.They did state Roof Contractors were direct employees hired directly with Erie; however, Roof Contractors are subcontracted out for the work. The Roof Contractor was very nice and did a great job! In regards to the materials used for my Fiberglass Shingles installation over existing shingles (which they recommended), I wish they would have used 24 gauge 2 inch drip edge versus 27 gauge 1 1/2 inch drip edge. Overall the experience was very good.

Erie was great from start to finish. Sales was great no pressure to purchase more than you wanted. The install crew arrived as scheduled and started to work and accomplished the job in 1 day as promised. When they were complete they cleaned up completely before they left.

Dumpster came the day before, materials came early on construction day. The installers came right after the materials, move some things out of the way, laid down a lot of large tarps and began a furiously fast removal and roofing installation. They finished gathering up tarps, picked up loose debris and after sweeping everywhere, they trolled the area with magnets. Our house looks great and we are happy.
