We saw this company on Facebook. We had been talking/thinking about a new roof for awhile. I answered a few questions and they called shortly afterward. We set up an appointment for a Saturday morning because my husband and I work different shifts and only available together on a Saturday morning. Overall, we're pleased with our experience. I found Erie through an ad, and the salesperson responded and set up an appointment in short order. The sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to highlight features of the different options without being pushy. We weren't initially planning to make a purchase same day, but he made a compelling case at an affordable price point.
