Erie Home is great. The whole roof installation process was easy and fast. My new roof was installed within a week of getting an estimate and the roof was completed in 1 day. The quality of the products they install are top notch and made to last. Most importantly is the service after the sale. We had a wonderful experience with Erie Home in every aspect. The salesperson who we met first was great & informative, not pushy. Then the scheduling and communication was super easy. When the guys came to do the work they were very respectful of our property, did a great job and cleaned up. They went over the whole property with magnets to make sure all the nails were cleaned up. I highly recommend using Erie Home if you are looking for a quality roof.
Scheduling was "on it" and kept in communication with me through a few minor weather delays. The crew removed my old roof, replaced rotted wood and installed the new roof in 1.5 days. They worked constantly and were very careful through the installation. They did an excellent job cleaning up too! The house looks great!
We had an issue with getting our solar panels removed and reinstalled. Originally the company that installed them said we would get one removal/install for free when we had to get a new roof. But when it came time to replace the roof they wanted more than $9000, which put us over what we were able to pay. Erie refunded our money. If you are going to install Solar Panels GET A NEW ROOF FIRST.
