My husband and I just got our new roof this past Monday and it has already been a blessing. When we bought our house we knew the roof was going to need to be replaced, we had a couple gentlemen come do an inspection and also walked us through everything. We are first time home buyers so they were very patient and answered any questions we had. The customer service was wonderful, the gentleman came to my house sat down with me and showed and explained everything how everything worked and how they would proceed on putting my new roof and gutters on my home. The warranty is way better than I could imagine. After seeing the before and after pictures of my roof I couldn't believe how different it looked. They came and worked one while day. I am a very happy customer thank you so much for making my home better.
Unfortunately I couldn't go with Erie Home for my new roof at this time. However I found their staff to be very helpful, prompt, and kind with trying to work with me. Tanner was very helpful and thorough in his inspection. I also really appreciate the efforts of Kade for trying to work with me. Hopefully the next time I need a roof I can go with Erie Home as my first and only choice.
Erie replaced all the windows in our house and did an outstanding job. The men were very courteous and thorough, the whole process went very smoothly and they were very conscientious. They left everything as they found it except for the new windows which more than met my expectations! So very pleased with everything!
We're happy with the end product so far. We haven't had a good rain to test the roof yet. Could use better communication. We're happy with the work, materials & clean-up. They were respectful of property & didn't cause any damage to the property. We love the biscayne color of the shingle.
