Came out and did our roof inspection. gave a quotes which we agreed to one of. two weeks later subcontractors came out stripped old and replaced with new under layment, iko dynasty shingles, vents and painted the other stuff to match. They also did a pretty good job of cleaning up. All in 40 degrees temps with 20-30 mph winds.
