The delivery of materials was a little later than I would like, but the installation was quicker than I was concerned it would. One day to install the new decking and then one day for the roof.

Erie put a new roof on our house and it looks great. They were very professional from the start. The reps, who came to our home to determine if we needed a new roof and give us our estimate, were very professional and personable. They took pictures, showed us the problems, explained the whole process from beginning to end and answered all of our questions. There are four homes around me that have just recently had new roofs installed, and I must say that ours is absolutely the best looking. It is also better quality than what our neighbors got. We were really impressed by the crew who did the work. Not only did they do good work installing the roof they did better in cleaning the area up when they left. Our yard looked as if they were never here. Outstanding job and crew.

My Roof is the Best around. I have had a lot of comment's about it. Everyone was so nice and Help me so much. It was a hard choice for us being that we had just bought the home. But when checking on the other warranty's and products. Erie has the Best. They did as they said and held to there word. The crew was GREAT!!!!

Erie did a wonderful job replacing my roof this week. They showed up on time, were professional and explained everything to me and my wife. I was surprised when they placed tarps over all external equipment (i.e. AC, hot tub, dog house, etc.) and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a roof replaced.

First the salesman was pushy and then rushed us to get the contract signed. after it was signed he didn’t put in there what he said was going to be done, changed the price of payment on what was agreed upon as well as added to the downpayment which we did get that part fixed, when trying to get in touch with him he ignored us and wouldn’t answer back. the installers were fast and friendly, they did however leave a lot of nails all over. the guttering was done fast and looks good. overall i wish i had looked over the contract... read more
