I am very pleased with the service I received from Eric Metal Roofing. The staff and the workers were very professional. Most of all the roofing is gorgeous. The roofing was completed in one day and all the debris was picked up from my yard.

The roofing materials were very good and the installation was excellent. The salesman I met with was very aggressive and ignored my statement that I was doing due diligence and collecting three estimates to compare. When I told him I needed some time consider he offered me a discount but did not back off.

BUYER BEWARE! First, they over estimated the roof size (they included the attached greenhouse 240 sq ft) and have tried talking to installation manager who promised to respond next business day ( that was 2 weeks ago), emailed sales person (no response) and called 800 number for corporate (who only takes info and forwards to the local office) and still have no response. Also, was given the monthly payment amount for financing and invoice from bank was almost double what was quoted. What a rip off! I'm assuming that the w... read more
