This was our second time using Erie Construction for getting windows - our Sales Rep Kaleb is awesome!!! Very personable and knowledgeable. Kaleb kept us informed during the entire process. Our installers were awesome as well - we had a minor incident that happened. Called Kaleb who then informed Riley who sent the installers back out to fix the issue the next day. We’ll definitely be calling them for our new doors!!!

They began and finished the roof install in a timely, professional manner. The work foreman on site was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Outside of a couple hiccups,cleanup was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

The installation was outstanding. The crew was really well organized and hard working. Their efficiency was impressive as they completed the job in just one day. And they did not cut any corners. The cleanup was unbelievable. No traces of leftover materials or debris. The crew chief was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions.
