Great work, Tracy and his son were great. The guy who measures the windows before installation is not as great. He measured a window wrong and it caused a 2 week delay.

Erie did a fantastic job with my windows! The rep I spoke with was very thorough and helped me choose the best windows for my house. The installers were great, professional and friendly, and had most of the 10 windows I ordered in on the first day. They explained everything about the new windows and cleaned up thoroughly. I will absolutely come back to have my basement windows done too.

All in all they did good work. They worked hard in undesirable weather. There was a communication gap in what the salesperson promised and what was actually delivered. I discussed that issue with the company to my satisfaction. Their work looks nice and they followed up to see if I was satisfied.

The sales team was absolute amazing Kyle from Connecticut and Aaron from Birmingham!!!! Very educational and informative , very personable and attentive!!! The install manager Luke and installers were on point and I was amazed at the attention to detail!!! Project coordinator Justin came out and doubled behind checking on job entirety and walked every inch entire yard with magnet behind installers just to make sure all nails and trash was picked up!! What an awesome experience and roof looks phenomenal!!! Thank you !!!

I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about roofing conditions. The very helpful and personable sales person Brian, gave me a free inspection where he showed me visible water damage in my attic. The next day he came out and provided drone aerial shots of the roof and further identified problems that I wouldn't have been able to address on my own.
