Very neat and efficient. The crew kept everything tidy and I only found several nails when they finished.

We are very pleased with our new roof . Shane did a great job at explaining everything to us and not pressuring us into anything. Showed us all the things and pointed out how our roof was leaking in a spot . And the workers that put the new roof on were friendly and picked up all the trash and did a fantastic job at putting the new roof on in a matter of no time. . Very pleased with everything.

We were pleased with the fact the work was completed in one day. We were not as pleased with the finance company, there fore we paid the balance off in fulll.. We should not have signed the contract until we knew the % rate

Our new roof looks amazing, and we no longer have any leaks! The Erie team was amazing at helping us get what we needed and got it done quickly. We are able to sleep sounding now without worries of the damage rain was bringing to our house.

The representative/salesperson who worked with us (Pherron) was amazing. She covered a lot of material with plenty of explanations of what all would be entailed with a replacement roof. She made sure we understood what to expect. Plus, the roofers themselves were very hard working and polite. They finished the whole job in one day and did a great job with their cleanup. We will have no problem referring Erie Home to others for their roofing needs.

I had a new roof placed by Erie last month. As with other reviewers, communication could have been a little better. I had to do the reaching out to find out information about the project, and was told the office would reach out to me. However, whenever I did reach out, they always got back with me and explained everything in detail. The project manager Jeff was very thorough, and addressed all my my concerns.
