I purchased a metal roof to replace the existing shingles. The whole team was very professional. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and had the full roof replaced and everything cleaned up in about 6 hours. They were very professional and polite. A rep called me to check in a few times during the process to make sure that any questions/concerns that I had were addressed. Overall, a wonderful experience and the roof looks fantastic. The crew did a great job! My only problem was Joe promised to send me a hard copy of the contract and warranty. I couldn't open the DocuSign he sent me. I still would like a hard copy of contract.

My husband and I were looking to get a metal roof so we reached out Erie. They took the time to explain the different styles, how it is constructed and the process of installing. We were also in need of skylights which they do not do but connected us with the right company and coordinated the install together. I received our install date and everything went so smoothly. We were looking far a new roof after 27 years. Our research brought us to Erie Home. Erie Home had the hybrid shingles we wanted at a price we could afford. Everything went smoothly from the initial contact to the final inspection. Pretty rare these days, no problems, people doing what they said they would do, and in a timely fashion.
