Our new roof looks amazing, and we no longer have any leaks! The Erie team was amazing at helping us get what we needed and got it done quickly. We are able to sleep sounding now without worries of the damage rain was bringing to our house.

The representative/salesperson who worked with us (Pherron) was amazing. She covered a lot of material with plenty of explanations of what all would be entailed with a replacement roof. She made sure we understood what to expect. Plus, the roofers themselves were very hard working and polite. They finished the whole job in one day and did a great job with their cleanup. We will have no problem referring Erie Home to others for their roofing needs.

I had a new roof placed by Erie last month. As with other reviewers, communication could have been a little better. I had to do the reaching out to find out information about the project, and was told the office would reach out to me. However, whenever I did reach out, they always got back with me and explained everything in detail. The project manager Jeff was very thorough, and addressed all my my concerns. Materials and contractor arrived at the same time, commenced and finished in a timely manner. I have no problem with the shingle installation but have concerns with their trim work as some existing trim was basically destroyed when they tried to bend things that aren't supposed to be bent. The trim work is why I gave a rating of 4.
