I am giving them 4 stars for 2 reasons. Firstly, I felt a bit rushed and uninformed as we were going through the final paperwork. I recognize that part of that is on me for not pushing for them to slow down and better explain what each signature was needed for. Secondly, one of my hydrangea plants in front of my house was obliterated by debris during the removal process. That aside, the experience was solid over all. Very happy with the results of our basement - no more musty smell. Work was performed as explained and all of the crew were very polite and hard workers. All work was completed in 3-1/2 days - very impressed!!!
