I had my roof done with Erie Home on September 22nd. The workers that came out done a good job and done the job in one day. The sales person that came out prior to the job told me that everything will be taken care of. The trim work on front and the back porch did not get done and was included in the price. The sales person and I agreed to a $180.00 a month on the financing and my payment is $211.00 a month that did not happen as promised. The salesmen represented the asphalt shingles as a 50 year shingle that Erie homes makes themselves, but in fact they are made by Owens Corning and they are a 30 year shingle. The roof was installed on 9/30/23, had trouble with the gutter guards, the rain was running over at the corners. I called several times with no call backs or anything. Finally on 10/27/23 I threatened to get a hold of the BBB they had someone there with in a hour. Now to wait on enough rain to see if that worked.

Material showed up without notice. Had to call company to see when the roofers were coming. They couldn’t give me a day or time. Called 30 minutes before they showed up. I’m still waiting for the company to come back and do my gutters. I have been calling every week for over a month and they still can’t tell me when they will be installed

This company does not honor their warranty or work! Flashing wasn’t replaced when stated in contract, has leaked since this roof was put on!! Warn everyone this is not a good company

Great co to do business with, went over every thing with me,showed me pictures of attic,,great service approx7 hrs for roof,looks great, all they like is installing gutters, thank you so much .life time guarantee m is a bonus Margaret weeks
