Erie Home put a new roof on my house and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Every aspect of the experience, from the consultation to the installation and then clean up, was absolutely top notch. I will definitely hire them again for my next remodel.

The sale Representatives were knowledgeable about the product and answered questions that I had about why their product was better than others on the market. Then when it came down to the install you never knew when they were going to do it. They would say that it was going to be this day and never happen. Then after the job was done they did not make sure all the nails were picked up and shingle also I am still picking up nails and shingles that was left behind.

Our sales person was great. Was contacted for installation information was told June 1st and product and dumpster would be delivered may 31st and we would be notified when it would be delivered. Was not notified and luckily our neighbor saw them dropping the materials in front of the garage and informed them we needed access to the garage so they moved the product to the lawn. I wish I could give 0 stars. We just had our roof installed in Dec 2021. At first, I was pleased with the speed of the installation. But, because of that we have had nothing but headaches. We have had shingles blow off, lifting and unfinished work on our roof. We tried several times to resolve this and are getting nowhere. In April, we had Riley the installation supervisor come out and he made a long list of issues and told us someone would be here the following week. We have not seen or heard from anyone since. erie construction does not own manufacturing rights too any of their products. all labor is conducted by your local companies ( subcontractors). Erie is a stratigic sales based company. they do not pay their subcontractors, they with hold information from customers, company should be called erie sales and greed. worst company my name was attached too. installers beware!
