You did a great job and did the crew
Great company to work with. Responded quickly to request for information and had more product options then we were originally expecting. Installation was quick very efficient. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful.
Installation was amazing. The crew was very professional and efficient. Clean up was pretty good but the delivery of the materials was unacceptable, the driver was throwing a fit about having to deliver in a road construction area and threw some of the roofing materials damaging them. But overall, I'd recommend Erie to friends and family
My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of all materials used...the crew was courteous and pleasant, they were efficient and precise, and the follow ups were quick and professional! We'll highly recommend your company for anyone needing roofing.
Timing from sale to work was good.. Timing as to the work day was not as stated. I was told crew would arrive 6:00-7:00 AM. Arrival was 8:20. Normally no problem but I left home at 5:20 AM to be at site before crew. Then waited nearly 2 hours. Cost is high Removal / replacement went well. Work seemed too much to ask for crew of 5 to complete in one day. Crew worked hard, workers were friendly. Gutter / downspout team was very efficient. Also personable. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They provided great information about the product. Prompt service installing the roof. Great attention to detail. The clean up was top notch. What I did not expect was the improvement in the insulating properties of the roof. Since we have gotten the new roof, our second floor is at least 10 degrees cooler than in the past. Wonderful improvement in a summer like this one!
